As of March 16, 2020, all visa appointments have been suspended until further notice. Previously scheduled nonimmigrant visa appointments will be rescheduled at a later date. We will resume routine visa services as soon as possible but are unable to provide a specific date at this time. The MRV fee is valid and may be used for a visa application in the country where it was purchased within one year of the date of payment. If you have an urgent matter and need to travel immediately, please email KuwaitNIV@state.gov to request an emergency appointment. You may expect a response within 3-5 business days; we respond to all inquiries in the order they are received.
