Refused – Missing Documents
3 MINUTE READ

Dear Applicant,

Your application for a U.S. visa is INSUFFICIENT for approval.

As such, you have been found ineligible for a nonimmigrant visa under Section 221(g) of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).  A visa denial under section 221(g) of the INA means that the consular officer does not have all of the information required to determine if you are eligible to receive a visa. This means you are not eligible for the visa now, but your case is pending further action.

Please take the missing information/documentation along with your passport to Aramex in Ardiya, Sharq, or Salmiya.  Turning in the marked documents will enable continued processing of your application.

Missing information/documentation may include:

[A]          Financial documentation
