Twenty-nine years ago, our countries fought together to liberate Kuwait during the Gulf War. Today, our strategic partnership is a source of strength, stability, and peace in the Gulf. From the men and women of our armed services working together to build peace in the region, to the thousands of Kuwaiti students pursuing their education in the United States, the friendship between our countries continues to grow.
