The U.S. Embassy reminds U.S. citizens that they are able to seek immediate medical attention in case of an emergency. Hospitals continue to accept non-COVID-related medical patients. If you have a medical emergency and are experiencing non-COVID symptoms, please call 112.
If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms such as coughing or difficulty breathing, call the Ministry of Health at 151 or 2497-0967. U.S. citizens seeking other medical treatment must request a permit online to visit hospitals at curfew.paci.gov.kw. Over-the-counter drugs from pharmacies may be ordered online or via phone for home delivery.
