Gulf Air will operate multiple flights from Kuwait to London (Heathrow Airport) via Bahrain starting on May 12. The cost of a one-way ticket starts at KD 86.150.
Only one-way tickets are available. Heathrow Airport is currently operational with onward flight connections to multiple U.S. destinations. Passengers will be responsible for all costs and onward travel arrangements from London (lodging, final destination, local transportation, etc.). Please note that passengers must be ticketed on a connecting flight from Heathrow Airport in order to be permitted to transit through London. If interested, please visit gulfair.com.
Please be aware that flights are subject to change by the airline without prior notice. Several flights will depart before or after the curfew. If you are confirmed on a flight, please allow for additional time for possible stops by local authorities. Please have a confirmation of your booking and your passport available. Individuals escorting passengers to the airport during curfew hours must request a permit at curfew.paci.gov.kw.
Reminder:
Potential travelers should consult CDC guidance on travel, consider health conditions at their final destination, and remember that they will not be able to return to Kuwait until the airport re-opens and commercial service has been restored. U.S. citizens who wish to depart Kuwait should also ensure that their travel documentation is in order, that there is no travel ban on their departure, and that they have funds to purchase tickets.
