On Wednesday, September 24, 2014, the International Student Network (ISN) will return to Kuwait for an educational fair at the Regency Hotel from 6-9 p.m. New U.S. Ambassador to Kuwait Douglas Silliman will provide opening remarks. The fair will include representatives from nine U.S. colleges and universities, who will provide information about their schools and answer questions from students and parents about educational opportunities in the United States. The three-hour educational fair is organized by ISN in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy.
The following universities will attend the event: Pennsylvania State University, Rider University, Saint Joseph’s University, Adelphi University, Drury University, Drexel University, Murray State University, Pace University, and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
EducationUSA advisers will be present at the fair to answer students’ questions about higher education in the U.S., including the admissions process. U.S. Embassy consular officers will also be present to answer questions about the student visa application process.
