The U.S. Embassy Consular Section calls on students to register for the final student visa day for this year, Thursday, August 21. The Consular Section has dedicated all appointments on this day to students currently studying or planning on studying in the United States. Students are welcome to apply for their visas on any days available, however on August 21, student applicants will be given priority.
Earlier in August, the U.S. Embassy’s Consular Section held two student visa days, on August 7 and August 12, supporting students to apply for their visas and get to their classes on time.
Encouraging Kuwaiti students to pursue higher educational opportunities in the U.S. is one of the top priorities of the U.S. Mission in Kuwait. Students are advised to log on to www.ustraveldocs.com to apply for their visa, schedule their appointment, and to obtain information on what they should bring to their interview.
